Leo zoomed around his room with a toy car. He dreamed of driving the fastest cars in the world. 'I want to be a professional driver,' Leo shouted happily. His green eyes sparkled with big dreams.

The next morning, Leo visited the local track. He met Coach Clara, who knew everything about racing. She looked at Leo and smiled. 'It takes more than speed to win, Leo. You must learn to be a champion.'

Coach Clara took Leo to a small go-kart. 'Before you drive a big car, you must master the small one,' she said. Leo climbed inside and gripped the steering wheel tight. He felt like a real hero.

Leo learned that drivers need to be very strong. Coach Clara showed him how to exercise. 'You must have a strong heart and muscles to steer at high speeds,' she explained. Leo did ten big jumping jacks.

'Eating well is also part of the job,' said Coach Clara. She handed Leo a crunchy green apple. Professional drivers eat lots of fruits and vegetables to keep their brains sharp and their bodies moving fast.

Next, Leo learned about the pit crew. 'No driver wins alone,' Coach Clara said. 'You need a team to change tires and fix the engine.' Leo shook hands with the mechanics. He learned to say thank you.

The sky turned gray and it started to rain. 'A champion must drive in all weather,' Coach Clara called out. Leo practiced driving carefully on the wet pavement. He learned that patience is just as important as speed.

Leo spent many weeks practicing his turns. Sometimes he felt tired, but he never gave up. He remembered what Coach Clara said about hard work. Every lap made him faster and much more confident in his skills.

Finally, it was time for the big junior race. Leo felt butterflies in his stomach. 'Trust your training,' Coach Clara whispered. Leo took a deep breath and put on his helmet. He was ready to chase his dream.
