A story to share together
Leo and the Great Sharing Tree

Page 1
Deep in the jungle lived a little lion named Leo. He had soft, golden fur and wore a red bandana. Leo loved the juicy, sweet berries from the big tree in the middle of the jungle. Every morning, he ran there first to grab the best berries for himself. He thought all the berries belonged only to him.

One sunny day, just as Leo was about to pick all the berries for himself, he heard a sad squeak. Mia the little monkey, wearing a flower crown on her head, sat on a branch. She looked longingly up at the berries. Mia had been searching all morning but hadn't found any berries for herself. Leo pretended he hadn't noticed her.

Shortly after, Pippa the parrot flew over with her colorful feathers. She chirped happily, but then saw sad Mia and grumpy Leo. Pippa tried to pick a berry from the tree, but Leo growled softly. He jealously guarded his pile of berries. Pippa didn't understand why Leo didn't want to share.

Then Mia said quietly, "Leo, we are friends. If we all helped each other, we could reach many more berries, even the very high ones." Pippa nodded in agreement and chirped a melody about sharing. Leo thought about it. He had never thought that they could achieve more together. Perhaps he had been too selfish.

Leo felt a warm feeling in his heart. He smiled and said, "You are right! I am sorry." Immediately, Mia began skillfully picking the highest berries and threw them down to Leo and Pippa. Pippa flew around and collected the fallen berries. They worked as a team and had much more fun together. The tree seemed to have even more berries now.

And from that day on, Leo understood that sharing doesn't mean having less, but finding more happiness. He learned that friendship and cooperation are much more important than selfishness. Finally, all the animals of the jungle ate the sweet berries from the great sharing tree together. They knew that together they were much stronger and happier.
